But in many cases there is not always a optimum initial situation. Often, especially in small and medium-sized foundries there are systems, only enough for the accounting department. They usually only include some simple statements about rejected parts like amount or the date of the compliance status. So often decisive criteria for the casters are missing in these systems:

• type of error
• exact position of error on the part
• engraving number (Nest-No.)
• date of casting and casting shift
• User-friendly preparation of data

Designed specifically for these cases, we have developed a software tool, which is

• extremely fast deployable (if needed even tomorrow)
• special developed for small and medium-sized foundries
• no special installation needed (based on MS-Excel 2010, mandatory)
• focused on individual special emphasis (restart of production or focus on the core areas of rejected parts)

With the software you can visually recognize weak points on every component. Each individual component can be exactly analyzed and the time course is always in sight.

Furthermore there is a classification system implemented that fulfills all requirements of the PTCA-circle. You can initiate and measure the effectiveness of each action in a diagram and close it after a complete success.
